Three-month Fitness & Nutrition Program Membership to the Silverdale Haselwood YMCA.

Each three month session begins with a mandatory parent/guardian meeting at the YMCA. Childcare will be available in the YMCA daycare for the first class only.

Child participants must be between 9 - 12 years of age. Participant will be required to attend two fitness sessions managed by the YMCA staff each week for 12 weeks. We encourage all in the program to attend the YMCA more than their required two days/wk to help achieve their fitness goals faster. If the parent/child are unable to fulfill their requirement of two visits per week then their membership will be revoked.
