Per Diem Urgent Care Physician - Belfair

Per Diem opportunity. Working Directs and provides patient care for a broad range of clinical presentations including: minor surgical, internal medicine, orthopedic, pediatric, gynecological, and general medical conditions in an urgent care setting. As a leader of a multi-disciplinary team, provides comprehensive, coordinated and supportive care to all patients. Works alongside mid-level practitioners in a supervisory, consultative and collaborative manner. If necessary facilitates the entry of the patient into the inpatient setting by working with EMS personnel and the receiving/admitting physician. As the team leader, the physician should be willing to teach whenever the opportunity presents. Also, the physician should be willing to assist the MD/RN Directors in quality improvement efforts when requested. The physician may also be requested to assist the MD/RN Directors in performance evaluations of other providers and staff.

Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

Excellent Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Opportunity on the beautiful Kitsap Peninsula!

Selected candidate(s) will partner with Respiratory Therapy for newly developed delivery team.  This team will attend all vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections unless known complications exist.  Physician support will be by patient preference or use of county call system. Harrison is a level IIA facility and does not routinely deliver at less than 35 weeks gestation.

Minimum qualifications:  current WA state ARNP or NNP license.  Certification in BLS, NRP, and STABLE.  High level skills in newborn assessment, resuscitation (including intubation and UVC placement) required.  Strong written and verbal skills, in addition to strong teamwork ethic, and desire to educate staff and families are required. Admitting privileges will be granted through the Medical Executive committee.

Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner

Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner provides quality patient care in Urgent Care. Work collaboratively with physicians, other mid-level providers, and nursing staff by providing daily patient management.

Minimum qualifications: MSN in area of specialty, national board certification as a nurse practitioner in area of specialty or a combination of education and directly related work experience. Minimum licensure: Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner in Washington State with prescriptive authority. Current ACLS; PALS is required.
